Orthopedic Session

Injuries occur, that’s a given. Well, during an orthopedic session we look to work on that specific injury, whether that be a sprained ankle or pulled muscle. This requires a more targeted experience.

Relaxation Session

This is our traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage that entails a whole body treatment. We aim to find trigger points and release muscle tension that has accumulated throughout the body.
